Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and any updates that may be made to them from time to time. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue using the Service immediately.
Subscription Service
Our platform operates on a single subscription plan, which grants you unlimited tablet access per rooftop for your business.
Annual Subscription Plan
The subscription automatically renews annually unless canceled as per these Terms. The cost and features of the plan may be modified with prior notice.
Payment and Billing
By subscribing, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Subscription fees are billed annually. You authorize us to automatically charge the payment method you provide for each annual renewal unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew each year unless canceled prior to the renewal date. The same payment method used for the initial purchase will be charged unless you update it before renewal. If we cannot process payment, your access to the Service may be suspended.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Compliance with Laws
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service to conduct any unlawful activities.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content, or to infringe upon the rights of others.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription by providing written notice at least 30 days before the contract end date. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the renewal date will not be processed until the following billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
